Our mission is to partner with families and caregivers to provide high-quality, equitable, and comprehensive therapy, early learning, and support services to children, with a focus on those experiencing developmental delays and disabilities.
Babies Can’t Wait
All children deserve the best possible start in life and yours is no exception. Families benefit from early support by being able to better meet their children's needs from an early age and throughout their lives.
If you have questions about your child's needs or their development, please get in touch with the SEAS (Single Entry Access to Services) Program. They will help you get a referral to Whatcom Center for Early Learning.
